Light: Peace lilies prefer to have partial shade with a little light. If the leaves start turning yellow this indicates that the light may be too strong and if the leaves turn brown they are being burnt by the sunlight. Keep at least six to eight feet away from a window.
Water: The best way to know that your plant is thirsty and needs water is to let it droop slightly before watering. the best option is to water once a week and keep the soil moist and make sure all water drains from the pot.
Pest Problem: The peace lily is immune to most insects and diseases.
