3. Personal Touch: Need to skip a week or change your style? We’re just a phone call away. To pause, modify, or update your subscription, please contact our shop directly so we can handle your request with the personal attention it deserves.

4. Grace Period for Changes: Because we hand-select our inventory to minimize waste and maximize quality, we require a 5-day notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. This ensures we haven’t already started crafting your specific arrangement.

5. Our Delivery Promise: We carry on a decades-long tradition of timely, reliable delivery. While we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances (the "Mother Nature" factor), we promise to communicate any changes to your schedule as quickly as possible.
