I'm about 2,000 miles away with a 3-hour time difference. I was not there to receive the flowers, but I was contacted to confirm the order, which I appreciate. The delivery was made expeditiously, and the recipients were very happy with the flowers. I would order again, for their professionalism, courtesy and friendliness.

I am usually very pleased with the arrangements and customer service from Dolly's. This order really impressed me - it was nicer looking than it looks online. Adding the special request of the blue bow just made it that much nicer. You guys NEVER disappoint!
